CHattitude is offered through pieV.com, a registered business in Windsor, Ontario, Canada.
CHattitude is a simple, fast and easy to use app that helps to identify choices and habits and connect these to attitudes that influence our daily interactions and feelings.
While teaching high school students Math and Physics for decades, I endeavored to help them identify the need
for excellence in all of their endeavors, especially wrt their attitudes, behaviors, mindset and character.
- Attitude significantly determines one's wellbeing, be it mental, physical, emotion or financial!
- Choices and Habits combine with attitudes to affect every aspect of life.
- CHattitude is designed to help individuals quickly and easily identify trends in the moments the fill one's day. These moments are often mentally, disconnected from the choices, habits and attitudes for determine one's wellbeing.
-
Making these patterns visible to one's awareness is the first step in growth, to improve:
*choices, *habits, *attitudes, *feelings, *overall wellness and happiness.
It is my hope that CHattitude will help to clarify and make visible invisible blockages, while also acknowledging and reinforcing the positive choices, habits and attitudes that we all have.
Examples:
- I have a good and positive attitude, and yet, when I make a mistake in playing chess, I often call myself an idiot.
- I greet every morning with enthusiasm and a positive mindset.
- I enjoy computers, and yet, when there is an unexpected issue, I swear (complete with negative energy).
- I know that I am lucky to be healthy, and yet, I don't often stop and feel grateful.
- I am told that I am loved every day which is easy to take for granted.
- I enjoy learning, and yet, I become very angry if I make a mistake on a test.
- I have good food everyday, and yet, eating has become automatic and mindless.
- I enjoy golf, and have a decent handicap, and yet, watch out if I slice it.
